Baked Lemon Butter Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dried basil.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the lemon butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
